Cincinnati-based Rhinegeist Brewery just added Toledo to its list of Midwest distribution cities. Almost three years old, the brewery recently claimed second place in USA Today’s Readers’ Choice voting for New Breweries in the country.
The southern Ohio brewery has created their brand by taking inspiration from Cincinnati's historic Over-the-Rhine District.
Now, they’re filling the Glass City with their Truth IPA, Cougar Blonde Ale and Zen Session IPA. Along with an arsenal of friendly-named ales— such as Panther, Dad and Cougar— the brewery has also offers a hard cider with Cidergeist, available in both semi-dry and dry-hopped varieties.
