Schooner Farms and Bowling Green restaurant the Happy Badger will present the ultimate fresh eats during their Farm to Table on the Farm dinner on Friday, July 12. Menu highlights include on-site smoked trout with fennel, cilantro, alfalfa, lime and cherry tomatoes, as well as fire-grilled sweet potatoes, eggplant, sweet onion, blackened blackeye peas and spicy mango chutney.
