The eight-course Chef’s Table Dinners continue to wow patrons of Brim House, and there are many more coming up this year. First up, “50 Shades of Rouge” (February 14) – each course is made with ingredients in different shades of red, paired with a blush, rosé, or red wine. Then “Jigg’s Dinner” (March 14) pays homage to Saint Patty’s Day. Taste Irish cuisine with different pairings of whiskey, showcasing Chef Aaron’s imaginative take. On April 11, “Chef’s Garden,” a vegan dinner made with ingredients from a local Ohio farm, pairs each course with wine.
