Sharing made simple

Do you have ideas you want to share? Here’s your chance! Devised in Tokyo, PechaKucha (pronounced paw-chalk-ahh-cha) is an event for designers and creators to meet, network, and show off their work in public. Becoming a huge celebration all around the world, it’s making another appearance in Toledo. PechaKucha Nights are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works and thoughts.

Presenters are allowed to show 20 slides and are allotted 20 seconds per slide for a 6 minute and 40 second presentation. You don’t have to be a designer — or even do a presentation — to come. So, on June 12, head to the Toledo Public Library for Toledo’s second PechaKucha night. Doors open at 7:30pm and presentations start at 8pm. So, share something you love and don’t miss out on this opportunity!
