Agriculture Adventures
Spend the day at Sauder Village with dad and learn all about agriculture. This new event will include hands-on activities for all ages that will unlock your inner-farmer! Each day will feature a different theme of the agricultural world and on Saturday there will be an antique tractor show. Even better— dads get in for free on Father’s Day and are invited to the Father’s Day Buffet.

Learn to sail
Open waters, billowing sails, and the magic of commanding a vessel over the great lakes—what could possibly be more peaceful? This four-night class will help build confidence and increase your sailing knowledge while practicing on an easy to sail 16’ keelboats. The small teacher to student ratio, will give the student the one on one attention needed to master the art of sailing.

Pyrate Fest
Hit the deck! Pyrates plan to invade Put-in-Bay’s downtown harbor this Father’s Day Weekend for the 8th year in a row. The fest will be full of the pirate themed activities such as a pirate parade, a costume contest for both kids and adults, a Pyrate marketplace with displays, demonstrations for kid’s and much more. Discover the life of a scallywag and indulge in a weekend of pirating with your pops.

Dad’s Day Cruise
Take your dad on a journey through history this Father’s Day. “The Volunteer,” a replica 1870s mule-drawn canal boat will cruise down the Miami and Erie Canal, free of charge for fathers. History interpreters will narrate this one-hour boat ride, as you travel through the scenic and historic landscape of Providence, Ohio.
