Several busy highways, proximity to the Canadian border, and the combination of rural and urban areas, all contribute to Toledo’s human trafficking issue. The 13th Annual Human Trafficking and Social Justice Conference is a chance for concerned Toledoans to learn from presenters, including community organizers and activists through education and action. The oldest academic human trafficking conference of its kind, this unique opportunity will include international and local guest speakers and experts on how to control the epidemic.
