With a fresh take on salads, juices and coffee, as well as a make-your-own-trail-mix bar, all menu items feature “very clean, simple ingredients” according to owner Amanda Elenbaas, a recent transplant to Toledo. Amanda, who has long dreamed of opening her own business, will serve products from Go.Love.Coffee. Brewing Company, which donates all proceeds to Lifeline Toledo.
