Tech Toledo, Glass City supporters of IT innovation and tech startup aid, have seen four months of intensive work finally pay off with Toledo’s inclusion into the TechHire Initiative. One of 20 cities selected for the prestigious program, Toledo will benefit from the opportunities presented through a national network of established tech sectors. TechHire, which works to develop more tech employment opportunities for lower income and underrepresented Americans, will help facilitate job placement with a variety of local companies and help identify ways to expand tech in the area.
