Official Contest Rules: Battle of the Brides: The Pinnacle of Wedding Giveaways
1. Entries of 100 words or less must be received at [email protected] explaining why you and you fiancé would like to win the all inclusive wedding ceremony and reception. Entries must be received by Midnight, EST, on Friday, February 28, 2014.
2. All Entrants must be willing to agree to the wedding date of Saturday, August 16, 2014. A contract must be signed with the venue and vendors, confirming you agree to the terms of their business.
3. All Entrants must be entering into a new and legal marriage under the State of Ohio laws and regulations.
4. All Entrants must be legal age of 18 by entry submission deadline of Friday, February 28, 2014 and must be legal residents of the United States of America.
5. All Entrants must be willing and able to participate in the “battles” and must sign waivers to qualify for the wedding giveaway leading up to the final giveaway.
6. All Entrants must be willing to be featured in The Toledo City paper and on Living Today TV talking about their experiences with the wedding giveaway.
7. All Entrants must be willing to have their photographs and stories sent in for their entry to be used on Facebook, Living Today TV, The Toledo City Paper, and deemed necessary for promotion of the contest.
8. For Internet entries, sponsors are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, other causes beyond sponsors' control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this contest.
