The Toledo Botanical Garden and their Toledo GROWs program are happy to announce the grand opening of the Robert Anderson Urban
Agriculture Center on Wednesday, May 30. The center will serve multiple purposes, with a commitment to promoting and practicing urban agriculture. Not only will it be a hub for Toledo GROWs’ many community gardens, it has classroom space which will be utilized by Owens Community College’s Urban Agriculture program and the Lucas County Juvenile Court’s re-entry program. There are also two new greenhouses, and a woodshop. 9am, ceremony; 11am-
