. June 18, 2013.

During "What's Cooking on the Canal?" at the Isaac Ludwig Mill, the Canal Boat Cook will be instructing "time-traveling foodies" on how to make the traditional meals of Northwest Ohio's early pioneers. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare dishes over an open fire and in a wood stove, plus leave with some samplings and a collection of traditional recipes.
