Police Officer
I enjoy music, reading, collecting tattoos, riding motorcycles, creating meals for others and shooting guns.
Unique. Favorite band/music: It’s a toss up between Incubus, Breaking Benjamin and Tool— I love rock music.
I don’t have a single favorite movie, but if anything, I’d pick Monty Python and the Holy Grail for sentimental reasons.
I’d love to travel through Europe and experience all the history and culture.
Both!? I think there’s a time and place for both options. Sometimes, I wanna cuddle with a bottle of wine and a movie. But others, I want to get dressed up, go to dinner and hit the town. Toledo is a amazing place that features a lot of events. If you dig hard enough you can find a lot of fun things to do. Just enjoy life and have fun.
What would you do with $100, a date and a Saturday night in Toledo?
I'd take my date to Kengo's. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun, light-spirited and laid back. I'm adventurous when it comes to food (and life), I'll try anything once. So, I think that would be a great way to get to know someone; by getting them to try new things with you and taking them outside their comfort zone.
What kind of a superpower would your ex say you have?
Probably my power to use the F word as a comma in most of my sentences? I don't know ummmm, or my ability to go from 0 to bitch in a single bound!!! You could feel him cringe when someone pissed me off like "well you just opened a can of worms you're going to wish you could close" (I mean this in no malicious way we are friends and he would laugh at this)
I’m sure I was. I tested limits, broke rules and pushed the envelope. I was voted most likely to rule the world and most likely to end up on America’s most wanted in high school (which is kind of funny now, considering my career.)
What’s the first thing you’re attracted to?
I'd say a person’s sense of humor. If you can make me laugh till my face hurts and keep me smiling— you're golden. I won't pretend looks don't matter, that's what's going to catch my eye, but what's going to keep me is personality.
What’s your most attractive quality?
At the risk of sounded conceded this question seems better suited for someone else to answer. Lol so anyone here you go. Fill in the blank __________
Furthest you’ve gone in the name of love?
I'll do anything for the people I love in my life. I don't have a single moment that has been the furthest. I'm sure this is meant to reference some grand romantic gesture, but that's boring. Love isn't shown in one magical moment. It's experienced through a continuous stream of small moments.
I’m pretty handy, I’m a girl who can work on a car or a house and I actually know what I’m doing.
Have you had your wild phase yet?
I have had a wild phase. Right after high school I traveled a lot following bands and going to a lot of rock shows. My early 20s didn't slow down much either, but instead of traveling to see bands I bartended shows, so I got paid to do my favorite thing. I don't see my 30s slowing down much either. My wild phase has honestly never stopped, but hey, that's what makes me, ME.
What are you determined to have in you life?
I am determined to have as much fun and happiness that I can find in life. Recently, through a series of deaths in my family (one being my father), I've been shown life is fleeting and finite. But I experienced so much joy and happiness because of them I am determined to continue being that happy. We only have one life and why not make the best of it.
Who is your role model/who had the biggest influence on your life?
My father and mother. I wouldn't be here without them and I wouldn't be the person I am today either. They drove me to be the best I could be and never doubted any ambition of mine. I'll never forget the looks on their faces the day I graduated the police academy, it was the proudest day of my life.
Most spontaneous thing you’ve done?
I do a lot of crazy sh*t, I can't think of one moment in particular.
That things can happen and everything can change in the blink of an eye. So, I’ve learned to enjoy life, love hard and to make the most out of everything. There’s really no legitimate reason not to.

When I was young my family was homeless for quite some time. Knowing that my mother could get us out of that and give me and my sisters a good life, makes me believe that you can conquer anything thing life throws at you. Thanks Mom.

Stay in/go out?
I definitely am big into staying at home during the summer and just relaxing with a drink or five. My friends and I grill out on our patio every Tuesday night; I love cooking for people and we all get to catch up on how everyone’s weekend was.
What is your ex’s biggest gripe about you?
He probably hated that I paid more attention to my cat than him.
The ability to shoot daggers out of my eyes.
It’s a toss-up; I think that personality, obviously, is most important. If a guy can’t handle my dry sense of humor, we will not mesh well. Generally, I’m first attracted to a man’s eyes though; blue eyes get me every time. However, I also really appreciate someone who has great manners; it is one of the first things I always notice about people.
What’s your most attractive quality?
“The only thing about me is the way I walk”
I prefer to think that all of life should be wild and spontaneous, and not just a phase. Staying wild keeps life interesting.
Phil Collins, hands down.

Going to the beautiful country of Brazil and being one with the locals. I see myself dancing, eating and drinking on the beautiful beaches.
The first thing I’m attracted to is a man’s presence, his confidence. Also if he’s wearing sandals, I’d take a gander at his feet to see if they’re nice or not. What can I say, I like feet.
What would you do with $100, a date and a Saturday night in Toledo?
With $100 I would get some sushi and head to a local park for a picnic, following that I’d take my date to putt-putt for some much needed go-cart racing… after that I’d let the universe take us from there.
What kind of a superpower would your ex say you have?
My ex would say my ability would be empathy. I usually can feel/understand what people are going through.
Stay in/go out?
Stay-in
What is your ex’s biggest gripe about you?
My ex’s biggest gripe about me was the fact that I can over analyze situations and over think.
My role model is everyone [that] I come across. I learn from everyone that’s in my life. I have more than one teacher.
What’s your most attractive quality?
My most attractive quality would be my openness and my sense of humor.
Furthest you’ve gone in the name of love?
The furthest I’ve gone for love was the fact that I travel across the country to see my past love… we aren’t together but it was a dope road trip.
Were you a bad kid?
I wouldn’t say I was a bad kid I just didn’t like being told what to do.
Have you had your wild phase yet?
Yes. I’ve had my wild phase, I’m at the tail end of it.
What are you determined to have in you life?
I’m determined to have fulfilled experience and to live life without unnecessary fears. It starts with a calm mind and a centered being. I usually can find that peace of mind with my yoga practice.
Being responsible.
Most surprising fact about you?
That I’ve lost over 85 pounds becoming a vegan and doing yoga.
Most spontaneous thing you’ve done?
On dare night in high school I kissed a stranger on the mouth; a boy, before I came out of the closet.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned?
That being impeccable with your words and setting appointments can get you the place you want to be.
Earlier this year, I came out to my mother and my family. Before I had the courage to do so, I thought coming out to them was the worst thing I could do to [my] family. I thought I’d be judged and ridiculed… that was not the case. After telling them, it freed me. My family has given me so much support and love, and what makes it ten times better is the fact that gay marriage was legalized across the U.S. within the same year of my coming out!

Sassy.
Men at Work.
Would you ask someone who their favorite kid is?
A vacation. Period.
My gut response to this question is that, I’m pretty sure $100 would cover a year’s [worth of a] subscription to Netflix… which is probably why I’m still single. As far as the date, I require all my first dates to be at Swig. I figure if watching me consume beer and hot dogs is going to be a deal breaker, its probably best we find that out up front.
Absolute terrorist. I have no idea how my parents survived my teen years without developing a serious drinking problem.
What do you enjoy doing but are terrible at?
Evidently dating.
Nutella.
My dad. He taught me what sarcasm was at a very young age and it’s been all downhill from there. If I can find a guy even half as smart and funny as him, I think I’ll be set for life.
