Puncturing Perils

A load of metal spikes was deposited along Route I-475, causing flat tires and other damages to 15 cars. No one was reportedly harmed, and it is unknown who or what was transporting the spikes when they were left on the road.

Fleeing Felon

After having been on the run for more than a year in Costa Rica, An escaped Michigan prisoner was finally caught. Last year the suspect escaped police custody while being escorted from a courthouse to prison, stole a car, and made it to Wisconsin before disappearing. Police are working with federal authorities to return the inmate to the US.

Knock Knock

A suspect drove his car into a house after fleeing from police. A Bowling Green officer attempted to pull over the suspect for impaired driving when the car drove off at a high speed. The chase ended when the car hit a gas meter on a house, breaking open a hole in the wall. No injuries were reported.

Mad Shatter

A road rage incident ended, without injury, when a suspect shot a hole into the victim’s rear windshield. After having a dispute and pulling over to the side of the road near Downtown Toledo, the suspect pulled out a shotgun and shot at the back of the victim’s car. A witness on the scene led police to the suspect, who was then arrested.
