The fifth annual Toledo Sister Cities International Festival on Saturday, April 26, celebrates Toledo's eleven different sister cities in eleven different countries. Ethnic food from six area restaurants will be available while more than 23 local community groups perform everything from Taiko Japanese drumming to Polish folk dance to an ethnic fashion show.
