Pam Weirauch, owner of Pam’s Corner, will teach a sauce making class at the WS Solutions Design Center (in the northeast corner of the Davis Building) on Thursday, May 17. Students will learn to make eight different sauces, including a vinaigrette, olive tapenade, and three different pestos. Pam will also make recommendations on what to compliment each sauce with: pasta, quinoa, rice, grilled vegetables, pork, chicken, or leafy greens.
