Saucin’ it up yourself

Do you ever get tired of using bland store-bought sauces on your pasta and wish you could create your own? You may feel like crafting these concoctions yourself is too difficult but think again. Students will learn to make eight different sauces, including a vinaigrette, olive tapenade, and three different pestos. Pam will also make recommendations on what to compliment each sauce with: pasta, quinoa, rice, grilled vegetables, pork, chicken, or leafy greens. Make a sauce and take your pick! 5:30 pm. $40. 901 Jefferson. Call to reserve your seat, 419-243-2081. www.pamstoledo.com
