The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is commemorating their 175th anniversary this summer — and what better way to celebrate than by throwing a rooftop party downtown? On Sunday, September 6, the Main Library will host Rockin’ the Rooftop, a party on top of the building, for T-Town’s young professionals. The bash will feature the rippin’ country-tinged jams of Kentucky Chrome along with savory tastings by Poco Piatti, a cash bar and a live mural creation by local Toledo artists! Attendees can purchase a section of the mural to benefit the library’s Early Literacy Campaign, which provides young children with learning and reading experiences.
