Toledo Walleye pucks will glide across a decidedly more feminine rink when the ice at the Huntington Center is dyed a rose hue for the annual “Pink in the Rink” breast cancer awareness event on Saturday and Sunday, March 2 and 3. The hockey team has joined forces with ProMedica to raise money for the cause during their game both nights, while providing information about screenings and prevention. Plus, on Sunday, fans of the pink ice can enjoy a post-game skate. Saturday at 7:05 pm and Sunday at 5:05 pm.
