No one understands the struggle marked by the blinking cursor like a writer. What better way to improve the craft (and battle writer's block) than a meeting of like-minded peers? "No Mike Night," at Books-A-Million in Levis Commons, aims to gather those who want to harness the creative powers of the written word in a monthly meeting led by author and creative writing professor Lylanne Musselman. Writers receive feedback on their work and learn how to earn the title published author. It's put on by PRIZM Creative Community of Perrysburg, and held on the third Thursday of every month through the summer. 7-9pm. June 21, July 19 and Aug. 16.
