Indoor Rainbows at Toledo Museum of Art’s Great Gallery

See threaded rainbows stretching through the Toledo Museum of Art’s Great Gallery when contemporary Mexican artist Gabriel Dawe brings his textile installation work to town. Plexus no. 35 is a site-specific installation that imitates the ethereal nature of rainbow, bringing the transparent beauty indoors. Dawe’s works have been seen in museums and public spaces internationally, most recently at the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery in Washington, D.C. The exhibit opens Saturday, November 6 and is on view through January 22.
