The Lucas County Coroner’s Office has been tracking the number of deaths from heroin and fentanyl-related overdoses in 19 counties around NW Ohio. In 2010, the number was 8. In 2015, the number rocketed to 215. Attempting to bring increased awareness to a deadly epidemic, Harbor Behavioral Health and the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Lucas County are teaming up for a presentation at the Lagrange Branch Library.
