Just two days after Toledoan Jason Finn turned 47, his life, and the life of his girlfriend Jeni Belt, were forever changed by a boogie board surfing accident that caused Finn to become paralyzed from the chest down. Help support his continued therapy and medical costs not covered by insurance during the 2nd Annual FinnFest fundraiser.
