Classical pianist André Watts returns for his stunning eighth guest appearance with the Toledo Symphony. Watts began his career at the age of 16, making his debut with the New York Philharmonic and has since performed with orchestras all over the world. The recipient of countless awards and achievements, including the title of Distinguished Professor at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, Watt’s concert includes works by Mendelssohn and Tchaikovsky and the Piano Concerto by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg. TSO, under director Alain Trudel, will perform in the gorgeous Peristyle at the Toledo Museum of Art.
