Previously employed by the Toledo Museum of Art as their executive chef, Ruiz now aspires to deliver fresh, seasonally-rotating menus year round— via bicycle to deliver lunch to the Uptown, downtown and Old West End crowds. Chef Ruiz and wife, Tracy, team up for The Chefs Ruiz Catering, a health-conscious catering business.
