Tickets for the Toledo Walleye’s Opening Weekend tend to sell out quickly, especially with all the activities surrounding the games. Visit nearby bars before the game — Holy Toledo Tavern, Fleetwood’s Tap Room and Hensville Park— which offer entertainment and/or drink specials. Or buy tickets to the game that include Opening Night Brewfest at The Huntington Center, with a buffet and a beer tasting (15 3-ounce samples). If you’re not a hockey fan yet, you will be if you start the night off like that.
