Hands-On Fall Classes at The 577 Foundation
The 577 Foundation serves up two unique October workshops combining food, history and folklore. Sourdough Bread Baking proofs over two evenings, Monday, October 13 and Monday October 20, from 6–8 pm where participants create their own starter, explore the traditions of sourdough then return for a second session to bake and taste. $75 covers both sessions.
