Toledo’s annual Democracy Day hearing will address the ad campaigns against the Lake Erie Bill of Rights charter amendment initiative. All citizens are welcome to speak at the hearing, which is set to include discussions of the backlash via radio ads, mailouts, and social media campaigns to the recently passed bill.
