Phases of The Moon, the best festival since Lockn 2013, will be closing out summer tour with a bang. The first year of this festival will be held the weekend of September 11-14 at the beautiful historic Kennekuk County Park. The park is located in Danville, IL and will be a four-day camping festival. Phases of The Moon will feature nationally renowned musicians and visual artists.
