Yark Automotive Group presented a check of $5,000 to the local Mobile Meals of Toledo. Yark pledged to match all donations made to Mobile Meals for GivingTuesday, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 and that $5,000 was achieved! The funds raised are being used to purchase an all-new 2024 Ford Transit from Yark Ford. This vehicle will replace their 2011 vehicle serving as the new delivery van for Mobile Meals of Toledo!
Mobile Meals goes beyond providing meals; they also keep a watchful eye on clients’ health and wellbeing while working to minimize the effects of social isolation. In 2023, they provided 211,004 meals to more than 1,900 clients, made possible by the hard work of over 300 volunteers.
