The Toledo Clinic Cancer Centers put together a collection of over 400 recipes in their new cookbook A Spoonful of Hope. All the recipes were submitted by staff, nurses and doctors across The Toledo Clinic Network and the Cancer Care Alliance Foundation.

A Spoonful of Hope is more than just a cookbook, it’s also for a good cause. The proceeds from the book will go towards the Cancer Care Alliance Foundation, a local nonprofit. The money will help provide financial assistance to cancer patients and their families while receiving treatment. The Cancer Care Alliance Foundation helps with transportation, groceries, bills, rent or mortgage payments and access to clinical trials.
The cookbook is now available for $20 on The Toledo Clinics website. It provides helpful cooking tips and guides for spices and herbs.
