With the mission to give the gift of cycling to all citizens, The Program to Educate All Cyclists is an initiative that gives individuals with disabilities the skills needed to bike safely. It also helps those individuals participate in local race events and group rides. Recently, PEAC was awarded a $20K grant by the Toledo Community Foundation, and that funding will allow the group to work with Toledo Ability Center, a local nonprofit, to devise a summer bike program for children with disabilities.
