Abstract Expressionism is often considered an enigma in the art world—leaving viewers squinting while looking for something recognizable. Way Public Library in Perrysburg can help, with a show that will teach visitors to identify the art’s meaning. Presented by PRIZM, “Fluid Motion of the Sub-Conscious and Soul: The Rhythm of Abstract Expressionism” will showcase over forty paintings by local artist Linda Pertusati. The new collection features highly textured, colorful paintings full of energy and organic improvisation from throughout the artist’s career.
