While wandering through the art wonderland that will be Downtown Toledo during the first 3rd Thursday Loop of the year on May 21 (see Full circle, this page), stop by by LeSo Gallery from 5:30-9pm, for the Opening Reception of “Momentary.” This two-artist exhibition will feature the works of local artists, Crystal Gale Phelps and Amber Valentine, who both create work that thoughtfully explores memory and moving moments. Phelps uses mixed-media on paper to dive into a dialogue of life and death. Valentine’s quadruple exposure photographs charm with nostalgic magic.
