Fans of ice cream and books have reason to rejoice as the two pair up for a Summer Scoop Ice Cream Social. Hosted at the Walbridge Branch Library, this meeting of area book clubs comes complete with an ice cream bar and a discussion with Haley Taylor, host of WGTE’s radio podcast “The Rough Draft Diaries.” Taylor’s show covers the social and cultural fabric of local communities, providing insight to foster plenty of discussion.
