With the success of last year’s inaugural Film Festival at the Collingwood Arts Center, this year’s fest has received many submissions, generating lots of excitement. Welcoming all genres of film, from experimental to horror, with any size budget, local filmmakers have a chance to show off their hard work. Films can be no longer than 20 minutes. Refreshments will be available.
