Earth Day may be over, but that's no reason to stop celebrating environmentalism. Local food-advocacy group Slow Food agrees—it’s screening a documentary, Growing Cities, to inform Toledo about the prospects of urban farming. The documentary is a road trip across America, a guided tour of the small-but-growing urban farming operations that are bringing healthier and more natural food to those living in modern urban areas.
