Art has a way of breaking down barriers and blurring lines by showing audiences new perspectives. The Roots of Diversity Art Exhibition (RODE) will showcase the works of 20 artists to raise awareness, sensitivity and appreciation for the histories and traditions of diverse cultures. RODE first started in the 70s and was put aside in the early 2000s for funding issues. RODE will also partner with the Toledo Museum of Art for a panel discussion on Cultural Diversity and Visual Art at 7pm, Thursday, March 5. There will be an opening reception f or RODE, with music from the Five Deep Band, from 6-8:30pm,
