The Art House Films series will celebrate Vincent van Gogh’s birthday with a screening of the remarkable animated film Loving Vincent. The first fully painted animated feature film, each of Loving Vincent’s 65,000 frames is comprised of an oil painting on canvas. Loving Vincent is a stunningly beautiful tribute to van Gogh’s artistic legacy that was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 90th Academy Awards.
