Women love a man in uniform
Christopher Sharp, a 27 year old resident of Florida, was arrested this week on charges of impersonating an officer. He allegedly was masquerading around as a sheriff’s deputy for over 6 months in a sad, sad attempt to impress to live-in (now ex) girlfriend. In reality, he was working full-time at a local pizza hut and wearing a police uniform he had stolen from his sister’s boyfriend. Sharp would return home wearing the stolen uniform and tell stories to his girlfriend, friends and family about all of the interesting occurrences that happened on his last ‘shift’. Eventually, he was investigated by a friend who was suspicious of Sharp’s new occupation after he bragged about giving out DUI’s at a New Years Eve party. Sharp was arrested for impersonating a police officer and held on a $2,000 bail. Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis called Sharp ‘a shining example of someone who makes extremely poor decisions.’ Sharp’s decisions may have been extremely poor, but they were also extremely hilarious. Double Feature
An Indiana couple is being charged with felony theft of services after they snuck into a double feature of the new zombie movie ‘Warm Bodies’. The officer on duty first noticed Lendsey and Delilah Harbin due to their outlandish clothing – Lendsey was wearing a white vest, white dress pants, a white top hat and a red button down shirt when he was arrested. The couple told police that they snuck into the movie because they were distressed after attending a friend’s funeral earlier that day. Although sneaking into movies is stealing and certainly wrong, a felony charge seems harsh for the crime. One thing's for sure, these two won’t be sneaking into any movies any time soon. Read more
