Nichols in the Green room

Join in and hear a jazz concert featuring the compositions of the late pianist Herbie Nichols, best known for his writing of the standard, “Lady Sings The Blues.” Estar Cohen has lyricized the pieces in collaboration with Tad Weed, bringing this once obscure composer’s captivating songs to life in an innovative way. Tad Weed’s Freedom Ensemble Presents the Music of Herbie Nichols.
