On January 1 at roughly 1:30am, a fire began in an apartment over Papa’s Tavern in east Toledo. By the time the blaze was under control, the Tavern had suffered extensive damage. In an effort to help owner Tim Stahl’s family and the bar staff affected by the fire, Wheelin’ On the Rocks will be holding a fundraiser on Friday, February 12.
