Cyclists of all levels are welcome to join Spoke Life Cycles for their Mountain Biking 101 course. Venture off the sidewalks, streets or park paths and onto tougher trails as you learn the basics of off-road cycling, trail fundamentals, and technical riding skills. Improve your biking abilities with 11 miles of track, obstacles and bridges to peddle over. Bring your own bike, helmet, and water to stay hydrated. A limited number of bikes will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register in advance.
