A fermented tea purported to have health benefits, the popularity of kombucha has grown significantly over the past few decades in the United States. But the drink has a long and rich history of being brewed around the world. On Tuesday, January 11, Boochy Mama’s will host a Kombucha Home Brewing workshop at Mott Branch Library.
