Beerful bliss in Blissfield
It’s summertime, and the living is easy— especially when you have a delicious glass of cold beer in your hand. Blissfield on Tap has been bringing community members together since 2018 with an outdoor craft beer festival featuring beverages from a slew of local breweries. Admission includes ten beer tokens and a mug for drinking, and VIPs get early access and a Blissfield on Tap t-shirt, to boot. VIP admission: $45. 5-10pm, Saturday, August 13. Brunch at the end of the rainbow
One of the highlights of Toledo’s Pride celebration returns this month with the Big Rainbow Brunch Crawl, Sunday, August 21, 2-5pm, all along downtown’s Adams St.. Attendees will pay $5 for a wristband, allowing them to enjoy food at each location participating in the event. Taking a stand with lemonade
Mom’s House of Toledo believes in helping individuals make the best out of bad circumstances, symbolized by their Lemons to Lemonade fundraiser. The second annual event, on Thursday, August 11, will raise money for the House by selling lemonade and cookies.
