Whether you’re just getting into the world of wine, or you’re a veteran oenophile, there’s no better time to take the next step and learn to craft your own vintages. Owens Community College’s Workforce and Community Services presents “Learn the Art of Winemaking,” a two-week course open to all, led by instructor Grayling Lathrop. You’ll learn how to select grapes and decide on a style of wine, how to get your hands on the best equipment, and how to bottle and enjoy your finished work.
