The Board of Directors of Harbor, Inc., an Ohio mental health and substance use treatment provider, announced the appointment of Donna Jablonski as President/CEO. Jablonski, who has been serving as Interim President/CEO since July, previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Harbor. “It is a privilege to be part of an organization that delivers high quality and much needed mental health and substance use services to patients and the community,” Jablonski said.
