Approved by Toledo City Council on Tuesday, December 8, the Village on Adams’ proposal for an Adams Street Outdoor Refreshment Area passed with a 9-to-1 decision. Business owners on Adams Street have been pushing for legislation to pass since April, when State law allowing Toledo to possess two outdoor drinking areas was passed. Logistics are forthcoming, but it’s easy to say that this summer should be the best ever.
