During her tenure as the YWCA President and CEO, Lisa has been key in the construction of the recently built, permanent housing complex. She has expanded many core programs to address
violence-against-violence and teen pregnancy. McDuffi e is also a member of various clubs and organizations, including the Downtown Toledo Parking Authority, Rotary Club of Toledo, Zonta Club of Toledo, Toledo Chapter of The Links Inc., and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
