Chances are, you know someone who has a charming sculpture in their home or garden designed by Waterville-based artist George Carruth. His passion for sculpting images on stones from the shores of Lake Erie eventually led to the creation of Carruth Studio. His whimsical creations have made him one of the most collected sculptors in America. Meet the eminently humble Carruth on Saturday, April 26 from 10am-5pm. at his retail store, Garden Smiles where he will talk with visitors and sign his work.
