In times like these, it's more important than ever for Americans to foster an understanding of Muslim societies, and art is a great way to do just that. TMA will screen Muslim journeys: Islamic Art Spots, a collection of short films about art from the Muslim world. Shortly after the film, Carolyn Putney, TMA's curator of Asian art, will discuss works of Muslim and Middle Eastern art in TMA's collection.
