They say that music is the universal language, and that couldn’t be more true for performers Joe Driscoll & Sekou Kouyate. Driscoll is a beatboxer/hip-hop artist from Syracuse, NY, and Kouyate is from French-speaking Guinea—neither of them fluent in the other’s language. Together, their hip-hop grooves and world reggae vibe will bring an evening of rhythm to one of our favorite coffeehouses.
